I use to read this in my school books about building solar panels above the canals this way it does not uses important space on ground and stop the evaporation of water from canals, its good to see this is happening but should be done in larger scale.

These panels over the canal have reduced the water lost through evaporation. Also if I am not wrong the water below keeps the panels cool(comparatively) and gives a slightly better performance of the solar cells(need to confirm this).

The way I see it, If the UN can bring peace MORE POWER TO THEM!!! Personally, I'm sick of all the fighting! Countries against countries...rich against poor...I think it can be fixed and I think they have the means with which to do it. ALL should band together.

Thermal radiation capture is a more capable and scalable tech. Production is easy because of low entry level resources can build. Black steel radiators that produce steam which has a very high accumalator that stores the steam in a potential energy source that is back fed into the radiators.

I think State level developments depends on State Government like Solar Panel Generated Airports in Kerela and Karnataka. We need our state government to actively initiate and participate in such endeavors.
Like creating Solar Dome around Stadiums , yes transporting Airport on Solar Energy (One even cultivates horticulture below the panels) , Protecting Canal water bodies from dieing like this.

Actually gujraat and rajasthan are situated in the western border having great solar presence
Even the world's biggest plant is situated in madhyapradesh so it is due to the globe.
Some state govt. Like kerala and tamilnadu also working for that and delhi too.
We have big projects for laddakh too.
