I just bought the same meter. I'll be testing my HT's shortly. Thanks for the demo and results. :)
I bought a BAOFENG UV-17R last fall and I really like it. Mine only does the ham bands, not GMRS.
MURS is Max 2W, FRS is max 0.5W
I know that but I really don't care. Out in the desert away from everyone and everything I'm sure no one will care how many watts I run. Also some FRS channels use 2 watts. Thanks for the info anyway.
