I love to bake, my grandfather was a German immigrant and my most favorite memories from my childhood were the times when I would go into his bakery and get intoxicated from the wonderful aromas coming from his brick ovens. I watched you and Alex on your sour dough bread baking aking videos . I make that bread all the time and it is super great. If you enjoy delicious breads, you have to try Salt Rising bread. You wont be disappointed, the taste is fantastic.. Anyway, keep up the cooking videos. They will keep me entertained until Virgin River season three is released. You are a remarkable actor. You make everything so authentic. When I watch your performance, I feel like I am in the room intently listening to your conversation in person and that it is a real happening, not someone sitting in a chair watching some actors play a part. Add an egg and coconut oil, and turn them into cookies. Same baking technique but break them up into cookie pieces once the sheet cools. Enjoy 😉
