Another quick one, got this on the 3rd run. Put differently, I did 4 Ghost Team LNBs and 2 of them were LNNFS. Not what I was expecting at all...
Ghost Team is basically a standard inverted shot type, i.e. a narrow, strong unfocus shot and a wide, weak focus shot. In any other game, it would be really good because Youmu's damage is very high and her familiar and Yuyuko have good spread. But in IN, during boss fights, familiars will often block Youmu's shots and reduce her damage, especially in the late game where familiars are often tanky.
BD ends up being the hardest attack in the run for that reason; it's more difficult than both Blink and RW. It's got a solid wall of near unkillable familiars which completely halve Youmu's damage. Shift-tapping helps a little but not much. S6B is an incredibly dangerous stage for this reason, and was why I was expecting this run to take longer. Fortunately I got good enough RNG on Kaguya on this run.
Outside of BD, most of Marisa, Eirin's 2nd spell and 3rd non and Kaguya's 3rd non all have tanky familiars that mean even Yukari outdamages Youmu. It basically nullifies Ghost Team's advantage of fighting Marisa instead of Reimu and makes them an ineffective team for LNNFS, I'd say they're only marginally better than Scarlet Team.
