There's a little lake way up in the mountains on Vancouver Island in Canada that reminds me of that camp site. You have to drive back in the forest about 11 miles on logging roads to get there from the nearest highway, but it is worth the trip. I've been aching to get back there for many years. Some day I will return. I could spend a week there, just enjoying the still water and the night time sky, which would be longer than that in Finland since it's 10° further south.

Among others, I teach parasitology at the college level. Ticks suck, and I mean that at several levels. They suck blood. Most species are capable of transmitting one or more bacterial diseases. I love doing work looking for rare butterfly species in the canyons of northwestern Nebraska, but getting sometimes 300+ ticks on me in a day is frustrating. Still I suppose I am used to it. That which you are unaware of can matter, and it is always important to know exactly what the biggest issues may be on any trip.
What planet did you visit? It's much MUCH nicer than earth.

Floor already made a tired impression on me in Stockholm, which intensified in Kitee and Vaasa. It's a pity that the Oslo concert had to be cancelled, but the health of mother and child comes first!
Were you standing on the side during the whole concert? I prefer the place in front of the stage and in the middle of the crowd.
By the way, I would say you need a heater for your caravan.

Yes, the VIP area was on the side and I have an anxiety of closed spaces and crowds so it was perfect for me, too. I have a heater, but only use it in actual cold weather. It was just cold for the night but when I got out of the camper it was already warm outside in the sun!
