+rebeca abud, This video is to raise the vibrations of the food. To set the intention you are asking for, place your hands over the food and imagine white light going into it. Imagine that the white light is going into to the food with your intention. If weight is your challenge you would also need to do other things to help you with your goal (eat healthy foods in moderation, add more movement to your life, and have less stress). I just used it to charge the bird food since their food was in garage when the repair garage dude came and sprayed fumes to fix the garage, and I didn't know beforehand or else I would have moved the food out so there's would no chance of toxic fumes indirectly hurting the birds. .. hoping that having the food air out along with your video will help.... : S
It's either that or they have to go without food and be in cold weather til I can afford to get more food... in this circumstance should I make a thought about airing out any toxic fumes that potentially could be in the food to make sure it's ssfe for the birds to eat? Either way thank you...
