Even he is a joke once you learn to stay away from him for 2(3?) seconds after his living legend ability expires... But he can deal ridiculous amounts of damage if you are not cautious enough

Stranger set doesn't count as paid set since it came in marathon and in roulette from which a lot of people got it for free.
Paid as in you can still pay for it so yes its counted as paid
