If you don't have Break perk, you can use Unity perk. It can heal with you with combos as long as the counter is active. Growing Appetite perk would also increase the duration of healing so I recommend that during KOTL's battle.

I have 2 tips: 1. After you grabbed your opponent use your spinning attack (one-handed sword) and 2. Use turning point on the opponent and then use one-handed sword's basic attacks and then use stampede and grab him and do the one-handed sword's spinning attack after you grabbed the opponent with stampede.
When using legion set ,For more shadow energy regen i recommend using shadow thirst perk where you gain shadow energy everytime enemy blocking your attack works like a charme

the usuper set has the biggest chance to win like just select the set and select the style of attacking of weapon instead of this style and then just use this trick just scroll to forward and then click on the attack button continuesly until the match ends and then you will win
7:42 I swear the first time I fought kotl in this event I also used the usurper set and got shocked and it was painful but I did have strong foot and Venomous limbs so it was like using my weapon but without the set bouns and had to revive twice. After that I used the ironclad set
I hope they bring back perks where when using bare hand damage increase by 35% it's underated perks where even when you get shocked u still have your skilled hand

Or just camp the kotl till final phase the Jojo then shit out of him with harsh wind spam, your shadow bar could help too with the peg top and the rolly polly (also it heals in the fight)
You know what else is my best opinion set? Gloomy spectre set + feral fury + consentration (no distractions ) + luck + interference = 70%-86% winning probability rate(it's my opinion guys)
Chorus of the void is the best. Just watch how much damage he deals with full of Secret of Shadows. His blaster, his composite sword are just horrible😅

For me it was usurper set easy to fight him, i just spam harsh wind attack on him then put as much cancer as i can, also i only use shadow form to heal.
I think that this might be one of the best sets to go on raids. The soul attack (both of them) can heal you alot with the shadow nourishment perk and the ground break can stun that teleporting frick if he teleports behind you. This set can save you hundreds upon hundreds of gems since you no longer need ammunitions.
Why to rely on shadow form's healing when you can rely on defense to prevent healing from being needed, and use weapon that big that king's sword is just a toothpick compared to it? I see living legend set as the right choice
ironclad is the king of all set and I can challenge that .. I defeated king everytime and without losing a single match .. and with ironclad I never think of camping cause it's way too strong and op
I tried with legion king set it was soo easy i defeated him in first try and using overthrow ability on sword azure king it would be waste because yesterday i got the overthrow ability so i tried to defeat kotl and i couldn't defeat him it was so hard😔
