I stayed there 5 years ago and was very satisfied. Very clean, quiet, and it was a nice way to rest up from a 15 hour flight before my next destination.
Worthy of note. If one has a 12-hour or more layover, for $30 USD more, one can get a room at the 5-Star Grand Hyatt outside the airport. These transit hotels are hardly a bargain and, in many cases, the prices are for a maximum 6-hour stay. Exceed six hours and the prices increase exponentially.
This is great info. Im assuming passnegers are restricted from exiting the airport, how would you purchase or book? Im looking at a 14.5hr layover in May.
Is it possible to leave the airport and still stay there? We arrive from Tokyo at 11 am and leave the next day to Europe at 9am. So would be perfect to sleep inside the terminal and go through security at 11pm the evening before after a half day exploring Seoul. Anyone having tried that?
@@totomom8866 Thanks. I would agree but know sometimes airports have rules how far in advance one may enter the airport before boarding a flight. Seems like a good option then.
Is it located after you go through immigration? I'm coming back and I have a 14-hour delay. I just want to make sure I don't go through immigration and won't be allowed to go back out. Thank you in advance.
This Incheon transit hotel has different rates up to 24 hr. ! our layover was less than that so we went by 12 hr. You can also check the latest rates on their website, have a great trip 👍
My flight is going to land at 5am, and I know that they only allow booking for 7pm-7am time frame. Do you know if we can still book a room for daytime? Thank you
Hi 👋, I believe you have access since there are transit hotels in both terminal 1 and 2 ! Usually Air Canada and Asiana use terminal 1 so you can double check the transit hotel in terminal 1. Let us know how it went. Good trip! 👍
@@tinatturner7879 No, we didn't show them any proof of vaccination either, I guess they just assume we wouldn't be there without it. Have a great trip !

@@the_weekender I don’t see why not. As far as i know, boarding pass is the only requirement along with passport.

What is the name of this song?? I want to add it to my play list of soothing music. Music is my getaway and a coping mechanism for my ptsd.
It's called "Shade of spring" by Kevin MacLeod !
@@totomom8866 sorry, I was asking about the one at the end of the video.
We are arriving at 04:00am, leaving again at 4pm, will it be a problem to check-in at that time?
I don't think so, they have a 24 hour check in desk ! Have a nice trip 😊 .
Do they have family rooms? And is it allowed if we avail the free layover tour before checking out?
I'm not sure about the family room, but they do have twin-bed rooms ! 😃

No worries, no need to go out to immigration at all!
So can’t stay here if flying Delta Air??
You can 😀, Delta Air also uses terminal 2 !
Hello did you book beforehand or did you just walked in?
May i know how long does it take from the immigration to the hotel?
We took about 5 min.😀
Oh no, I have a 13 hour layover for my flight and I'll be on Korean Airlines. Are they any alternative hotels for long layovers?

You can book any time frame you want, we stayed in 9hrs from 6am
Hello, is it located inside the airport?
Yes ! Incheon airport terminal 2.
how do you book a room here? do you pre-book it or do you just walk in? thank you!
We always just walked in without an issue!
Do we need book hotel before we flight to the airport? Or just booking when we arriving ?
We just walked in, but yes it's always good idea to reserve ahead!
Hi there, I have a 15 hour layover coming in via Air Canada and leaving via Asiana. Does this mean I am not allowed to stay in Transit Hotel? Thanks!

Will do. Thanks!
You should block out the wifi password of the hotel on the video 1:07 even though this video is old
Did you have to take pcr test for transit?
They didn't ask us for any test results.
