FL studio really is a goated DAW. There's always stock plugins/presets you ignore but are actually powerful asf when you take time to experiment with them. Thanks for this gem bro.
Very cool, be careful with using the internal mix knob in the reverb tho. If you use this knob for your "reverb mix" knob, some dry signal will be feeding through that chain as well, which means that some dry signal will be effected by all the effects you put after the reverb. It's better to use something like a gain plugin before your reverb in your parallel chain and always keep you reverb on 100% wet, this way you can control how much your sending into the reverb, but no dry signal will end up in the chorus etc.
Bro this is a fire video, as always. Was late to this one but we made it 💯 I managed to emulate a shallow water pedal by doing this, not quite shallow water but it’s pretty close, bless bro
@@prodbyloner I’ll send you the info some time tomorrow bro need go bed haha, Involves two instances of peak controller with randomised LFO’s + RC20 + Goodhtz LoHi + Soundtoys filterfreak… could probably get really close with some more tweaking
@@martyrx3436 There's a shallow water guitar rig patch, its a user made one but it's free and it's actually pretty good, it should be on the guitar rig community page somewhere, I'm on a new pc now so I don't have a link or a file. I gave up on the patcher version, the random LFO's are locked to a square wave in FL which causes the randomization to jump around too much.

I believe that if you create patches that sound like pedals ... a lot of people will want to buy your patches . Do you intend to sell custom patches in the future?
@@prodbyloner the main difference is definetly being able to control parameters within the interface... but I can also do that with my midi controller and use automation on any particular instance. pretty cool but even as someone who got into sound design a lot lately and made their own portal bank this looks really fucking overcomplex to me and I couldn'T really follow the video along very well

Facts bro there’s so much good stuff in FL!! Thank u for the support 🙏🏻
Like overdrive
Thanks for the sauce bro. I’m gonna make a load of preset’s then try automating it to my midi controller so I can play with the nobs
Yessir! That’s a sick idea too bro
patcher is just absolutely underrated
Yupp
Wow never thought of it this way ... keep sharing ... Much love ✌️

This is actually GEMS 💎🔥🔥🔥

Thank u for watching!!
God bless George man 😭❤️

yoooo, recreating guitar pedals is such a sick idea! I've made the switch from FL to Ableton so I'm defo gonna try this , thanks!

You dont need gain plugin in Fl patcher, there is knob for send before plugin :)
just found your channel. Hidden Gem!
Welcome bro!!
This came out crazy🔥🔥🔥
Thank u bro
Damn the chords themselves without any plugins are dope already

this is fire bro

Thanks. This was a very helpful video.

Someone has said that before but I don’t see it 😂😂

Dope video, but is there a difference between this and using sends with effects on them?
It’s mainly the ability to make the knobs. Also, if u get really in-depth there’s a lot of possibilities that I didn’t show in the video
I was about to ask the same question. seems like a workflow difference mostly, but it makes me want to learn more about patcher
Can you use guitar rig 6 to do this? Would using guitar rig 6 be the equivalent of doing this?
Not really. The way U can route stuff in patcher is different to guitar rig. U could put guitar rig inside the patcher tho & use it as an effect
@@prodbyloner Okay, thank you
@@prodbyloner Could you do more videos on this? Like a more in-depth video where you’re emulating actual guitar pedals?

can we get the preset??
Might put a pack together one day
Still watching this even though I have ableton lol you can always learn something transferable 😅😅

ableton has max for live, definitely transferable

Great..I'm using Logic prox.
”I didn’t go too in depth with the sample…” are you mad? The sample sounds full af. Overproducing is a thing
True true.. it felt like I didn’t add much when I was making it looool

Isn’t this just routing….?
It’s similar. I didn’t explore all the possibilities with patcher in the video but there’s a lot more things u can do with it
