Jewniur Vineula this is a good batter for oysters or fish dry batter. 1 1/4 cup flour 1 1/4 cup cornflour 1Tb spoon Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda Add: 17ml Malt Vinegar 1 1/2 cups water ( or until consistent ) Use a whisk for best result if you have one.
