Thank you! Barb, I've sent you an email, I have a question, how could we have a conclusion of the whole year attendance in a separate sheet for ‘Only’ these who were on Sick or A leaves with the dates of their absences in a Colum beside their names.

WOW - so much hardcoding of numbers, this really breaks the golden rule of Excel, and the process is not recommended. You should make a list of ALL holidays for the year(s) of your schedule then use the MATCH() function in the conditional formatting rule.
there is not coding, it uses conditional formatting
@@BarbHendersonconsulting it not code I know.. it's called "Hard Coding" when you put static numbers in a formula. It's a bad idea
