As difficult as it is to make sympathy cards, I try to think about how meaningful the card and my condolences mean to the recipients. They are SO IMPORTANT! It's an expression of care and support in a world that can be harsh.
Thank you Amy. I watched your live the other day. I ordered everything and I should have it Thursday. I wanted it for Sympathy. You saved me thinking time . Your awesome.
Proving that simple can be beautiful and impactful. I got the Tonic gold vellum last week after seeing your tiny butterflies and now I'm going to add the silver to my next order. Thanks for the inspiration and the perfect placement of splatter ❤
Ugh, sympathy cards are always so difficult to create. Thanks for sharing your process and your tips. Love the colors that you chose and the sentiment. So glad the dragonfly made another appearance.
These are very pretty and rather elegant. I love the 3 colors you chose. Such an excellent idea to have sympathy cards on hand. It's just that I never seem to have the "extra time" to make "extra" cards. I'm always scrambling to get the ones done for upcoming events! TFS!
These kind of cards are so important, but indeed so difficult to make at the moment you need them. Thank you for this beautiful options, it helped a lot.❤
These are so pretty and allot quicker than the way I did the Lily of the Valley. I painted them with a teeny brush and pearlescent paint. You inspired me. I haven't seen your water coloring of these and will check that out. These flowers hold a sentimental place in my and my sister's hearts so love this folder. Thanks for your tips and will try this one.
I love this ink blending technique. Sympathy cards are so hard, but these came out beautifully! I admire your ability to stack the sentiments! I’m usually all thumbs! 😂
These cards are beautiful, Amy. There is definitely beauty in simplicity. Like you, I make sympathy cards for my stash before I need them. It's too hard to be creative when you're either mourning a loss or hurting for someone else who is. I don't have that particular embossing folder, but I have several that will work with your beautiful design. Thank you so much for the inspiration.
I have them made earlier this weekend. Just in case. I had some old fashioned flowers 3D sheets. Bringin' me back when I started card making, that was with 3D sheets, foam and glue.. Clean & simple. I used distress ink behind it and washi too. Just to make it not to clean..
I like this different take you did on these cards. Last night you water-colored the same card and I can't pick which one I love more they are all so beautiful ❤️
Beautiful cards, I like how you used the colored cardstock and used white to highlight, so pretty! Such a beautiful card of encouragement! Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and creations 💖
Hey Amy, when listing the inks, can you also list the sets they come in? I try and always use you links for obvious reasons but if you list the “group set” these colors come in, it would be helpful for both of us as I always do my best to use your links! Please and thank you! ❤❤❤
These cards are beautiful!! I love that embossing folder and dragonfly! The peaceful vibe and energy would be so very appreciative during a difficult time by the recipient. Thank you for the inspiration!!! 😍
