This is one of my favorite scenes to this game, Bane was somewhat smart enough to find out Batman's identity just cause he said "you just ran out of time."
I love that if you pay close attention, aside from the interview with Vicky Vale and his interaction with Bane, through out the game Batman keeps saying phrases like "you just ran out of time," and "you ar almost out of time", which is a nice little set up for how Bane figures how Bruce Wayne is Batman

This was the first, this has happened before on Iron Man: Armored Adventures when Tony told Obadiah Stane that, in quote, his "manufactured evil" was over. Stane quickly remembered that sentence before and figured out that Tony Stark was Iron Man all along. This compromise his secret identity and put all his loved ones in danger.
