Nice :) i'm a HUGE fan & admiror of Phil Stutz, he is such an amazing man, despite his illness, he continues giving interviews, podcasts & is really 'there', Rich Roll has a recent wonderful talk with him as well, what a wisdom, if only ALL doctors could learn from him, thank you from Belgium
Had to stop the video for a sec to thank you for such well summarized information, I'm currently reading the book and makes it easier for me to practice the tools
I borrowed the book from the library but did not have time to read through the whole thing. Your video greatly helped! I paused it after each tool and checked the summaries in the book, then took notes. I was able to get through the whole book quickly thanks to you 🙏
Very good. Clear, fun watching the drawings. Fits in with everything in the Shaolin Self-Mastery Program. Different articulation, same substance. Sweet. Don't run away, know your limitations (get tools and skills that you need.)
I'm reading the book currently and for Active Love, it specifically says to transmit love from the chest to the solar plexus of the other person...this detail seems to have been missed out here. Hope the other tools have been accurately described
This video does cover all the tools in the book. The book elaborates a lot on each tool, but the 5 tools are accurately described and summarized here. Only buy the book if you wish to have more detailed information on each tool.
You say to accept and embrace ones shadow self, but what if the shadow self is finding these "tools" useless and thus deepens ones despair and hopelessness . As for the gratitude flow-yawza, you are assuming that everyone has family or a partner that cares for them, or a roof over their head, or a comfy bed or that one has accessibility to health care, etc. These tools sound geared toward the privileged and leave those most in need, in the lurch. Stutz has all these wealthy, ego-laden movie people as clients. They know nothing of actual despair-the kind that leaves people feeling like exiting this life is their only viable tool
I can't see the difference between The Reversal of Desire and Jeopardy. Can you explain if there is any difference? In both situations, you want to stay in your comfort zone and do nothing.
I'm reading the book. I'm on chapter 4. After reading the comments on this video, I've never felt gayer and think I'll just throw the book in the trash
I’m allergic to people saying “infinite potential”… really? Infinite? Please at least be realistic so normal people can actually follow along here. Didnt know this was for super heros.

What if I don’t feel any love my self?…
I've seen the documentary, should I buy the book, have you covered all the tools from the book?

The documentary was powerful. The book is poorly written and poorly organized. But, if you can look passed that, you'll get the gist of the tools.

Everything is confirmation bias
I know this page is literally a "summary" page.. but you're just literally quoting from the book with illustrations..
Is there anything significant in the book that he missed?
