Hello sir Thanks for your great channel I own a LG vacum cleaner and it seems that the south korean motors are seal press and there is no nut at the end of the shaft instead of that there is a metal piece My vacum cleaner has a bearing problem Since the price of a new motor is high in my area i have a high hopes to repair this motor I dont know if its needs lathing or no Thanks sir i really count on your help
Hello my friend, it seams like this type of motor clamped together, it's repairable but little bit hard, I did one time same motor long time I don't remember details how I opened it but I remember when you put back together needs adjustments and must be balanced, try to search on Google if there's diagram helps you to do it step by step, thank you so much and all the best 👌 👍 😍
Hello my friend, I searched on google unfortunately I couldn't find more helpful rescues other than this website with service manual www.manualslib.com/manual/1220963/Lg-V-4800htv.html#manua There are parts number service manual but it doesn't show how to replace them. It seams this vacuum is recently new manufacturing and there's no repairs or more website or video about it So you are in your own to figure out how to replace that bearing. Sealed motor with no scrows just clamped together it doesn't mean not repairable, but dissembling such motor takes time and mothed to know which is best way to open it without damaging other components, for example fridge motor it's completely sealed but now days people can open easily and fix it or replace the motor inside, I am sorry couldn't help you about that Other way is to replace whole motor in the website pages there are part number so you can search it and hopefully you can find low price at eBay or other websites suppliers Thank you and all the best 🙏
