yes they are a delight!! Yes we talk to her and sing to her I got Lillian when she was 9 years old she already new lots of song she picks up on lots of words pepitos is only 2 years old I think and he barely learned how to say hello and NO but I think Lillian will teach him allot.
My parrot loves Lily s videos. As soon as i put them on he gets close to my phone to watch. How do u do it to make them talk. I got mine like 2 months ago and he wont talk. Just makes loud noises.
Ramona Felix I got Lilly with a large vocabulary I’ve hade her going on 3 year and she picks up on some words mainly word my kids say. Pancho only new how to whistle when I got him he’s only 10 months old but now he know hello and he’s learning his name - my entire family talks to them all day everyday you have to have patience and every time you approach the your Amazons cage talk to it tell it what your doing if your in another room talk to it make sure you praise it even if he tries a little bit!! Once they get one word out it’s all up hill from there. Do Not get discouraged it could take a long time before it gets used to you, but it will talk. Ramona Felix You May want to try songs on repeat while he is in his cage during a quiet time or when your not home. He will start to pickup the songs and start singing them. Then getting him to start simple words or phrases it's just repeating the same things over and over again! Eventually you will hear him repeating you. They say Amazons can have a vocabulary of over 300+ words. It just take patience.... I hope that helps! My Blue Fronted Amazon now says 'I'm a BIIIGGG GREEEN CHICKUUUN' it's hilarious! My husband's name is Eric and she says 'Eric, BAD BOY!'
