From the beginning, God's purpose for man is to rule and enjoy Him forever. Understanding the covenants of God is the key to understanding these purposes and for understanding history (past, present, and future).
Please use to teach and further the kingdom!

A small detail, but I think worth noting, the apple is never mentioned in the Bible story. It is only referred to as fruit.
I’ve heard people say it was sex that it was referring to. IE fruit of his loins . Idk . But I’ve been checking
Ironically a Apple thats bit , it’s like a contract crazy
… and there are some who believe that it was a fig tree. When Adam and Eve ate they realized that they were naked and they quickly reached for something to cover themselves. It appears that, like a small child who does something they should not have and doesn’t quite think things through, grabbed the closest thing they could find. As a result the tradition developed that some rabbis would only teach under a fig tree, because they believed it to be the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Referred to in John 1:50 when Nathaniel was under a fig tree and Jesus revealed what he had been thinking about.
If it was anything it was a fig. Once they ate of it, what did they dress themselves with? Their new knowledge and identity... Fig leaves. Yet, the Father comes and gives them skins. Because now, every time they look at themselves, they see what God did, not them. They wear his works, not their own. It's all a foreshadowing of what's to come.
Wow! Interesting insight. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
I have to acknowledge that the production quality of this video is outstanding! Clear audio, crisp visuals, and the way they organize the content is very professional. This creates a truly enjoyable viewing experience.
I agree, it's very reminiscent of The Bible Projects videos which are also fantastic.

Wow!!! This is really good. Thank you Tom and Rhett for putting this together!
one thing, needed, is what covenants are binding, today....
Great point. It’s kinda implied when the video talks about Jesus fulfilling the requirements of all the covenants so the new covenant is the only one we live under today. Law written on our hearts & Holy Spirit abiding in us as the sign of the promise of salvation.
That’s right. And a person with the law on their heart doesn’t reject the law but upholds it like Paul speaks. The covenants are layered. No covenant made would make the previous obsolete. Only Yeshua after the order of melkizedick would be the new high priest never to die again and lives on and still advocating for those who are grafted in into the promises of Israel!
The Lord bless you abundantly!
Thank you so much - that is such a helpful resource as we are seeking the Lord in His covenant.

THANK YOU FATHER FOR YOUR MERCY AND GRACE; THANK YOU FOR FORGIVING EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE THROUGH JESUS
You didn't do anything lol, it was Adam not you. You didn't know any better
While it’s true Adam sinning was the cause of humanity’s downfall, we are each condemned by our own sin, but through Jesus’s sacrifice we have been saved. While we all sin, faith in Jesus should make us never want to
Amen @annaholt4631 and yes, @truthefish9715 you are forgiven, but don’t forget about still repenting to turn away from the sinful things. We will never reach perfection and always fall short of it but the more we cast things out of ourselves and turn away from them, the better off we are. God bless you for acknowledging His hand in your life. It was beautiful to read your message (a year after 😅) but I just had to mention the repentance piece. There are things I still need to turn away from but I have turned away from a lot thus far. Still striving for more and to be stronger each day!
Thank you, brother, quick precise, and spirit filled

Hi
Jesus didn’t claim to be God
There is no verse of Jesus saying he’s God or someone asking him if he’s God and he says yes
Jesus said he is the Son of God, the Messiah
Also Jesus has a God
God doesn’t have a God
Who is Jesus’s God?
Who is Paul referring to as “the God of our Lord Jesus Christ”?
Who is Peter referring to as “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ”?
Who is Jesus referring to when he says “my God”?
Rom 15

@@mitchellc4 my brother, don't forget that Even Jesus was God. He lowered himself to being a servant. Jesus is 100% God and 100% human
@@mitchellc4 here bro Philippians 2:6-11
Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Interesting.
That was an impressive visual presentation of the Covenants of God in His relation to human history. Though I must say, I am more inclined to construct my Covenant Theology understanding from the tradition of the classic Reformers, i.e. Covenant of Works and Covenant of Grace distinction, this is very helpful also for those struggling to understand Godʼs salvific work leading up to Christ and consummated in His Second Coming.
Great artistic work here! I liked and subscribed, too.
May God be glorified all the more with your ministry. God bless you!

Thank you for watching!
This is a great presentation with amazing visuals. One thing though...It's incorrect to say that God "cannot" change his covenants, which implies that God is operating under someone else's sovereignty. It's that he WILL not change His covenant, because He is faithful to His word: "I will not violate my covenant or alter the word that went forth from my lips." Psalm 89:34
Amazing visuals and explanations otherwise though. Is this image available for download somewhere? I'd love to stick it in my bible.
He cannot cause it goes against His own nature. He is bound to His Word by Himself. It’s impossible. It CANNOT happen. So you’re right, he will not, but scripturally he also cannot.
Hebrews 6:18 “God cannot break His word.”

We live already in the new covenant. No need to wait for it to be fullfilled. Jesus did everything! Listen to Reinhard Hirtler's 'tThe New Covenant' sermons or read his book about it. It's a freedom most Christians don't even know about yet.

This is a beautiful video well done and praise the Lord! 6-and 7 seem to need swapping other than that great work! Covenant 8 might need more detail explaining Yeshua!
Yes, that also struck me...... Why is the 'Palestinian' Covenant at 6, before number 7, the Davidic Covenant?
Also, why is the word 'Palestinian' used as it was only created by the Romans in an effort to erase Israel, so was well after David and the Davidic Covenant?
In the Noahic covenant you mentioned something about false gods being introduced in the story of the tower of babel but I can't find anything in scripture about it
Nimrod is descendent of Ham (whose descendants would eventually become Israel's enemies).
He was the first person in the Bible to have seemingly rejected God by pursuing ruling others and building kingdoms for himself.
Gen 10:10 "The beginning of his kingdom..." compared to Gen 1:1 "In the beginning God created...".
His cities: Bable means "gate of god", Calneh means "fortress of Anu" Ninevah means "abode of Ninus" (...and others)
Not a lot of information in the Bible... so it is mostly just implied, and then understood more through study of history, so could be surmised this is the place where other gods are introduced. Personally, I certainly would not die on this hill of argument, I am happy to learn of another place gods were introduced if someone led me there in scripture.
I think this shows the end of the line thinking of having an incredibly personal god. There is the idea of an impersonal god. I wonder if the people who belive in a impersonal god would believe in a concept of covenant?
Is this narrated by Tommy Nelson from Denton Bible Church in Denton, Texas?
Yes. He's my pastor. This is basically from one of his men's weekly Bible Study for teachings (Young Studs). He did one the next week on dispensations. I want to make that one next! It's so good.
No matter how much times yahuah did right by his people his people time after time did wrong by him
Yahuah???
We do sin again and again
We can't do evil by God. It'd make God the author of our evil. So not "by", but "for" and "to".
Yes Including us
But God already knew this all was going to happen so what's the point of all this But that God wanted sin to come into the world so he could die later on and have all the glory to himself
Thank-you !!!
Nice and concise !
Very helpful. Thank you!
God is merciful. God can forgive all sins...
Thanks the was very well taught. Thank you
so is this a collection of 8 covenants...or one administered differently....or is more information being revealed at each ....new....covenant...
Some believe 7, some believe 8. I believe 8 because in the Palestinian there is the revelation of the "new covenant" which hasn't been revealed in the others. A new promise.
Nowhere in The Hebrew Scriptures is there a Palestinian covenant. Abraham Isaac & Jacob culminated in Jesus Christ The Messiah. ✝️🕊♥️🙏🏻
P Harrison The words “Palestinian covenant” are not. It’s simply the title referring to God promising a “new heart”. Some refer to it as the “land covenant”. The title isn’t really important to me, just the promise.

Do you believe in the bible Lina
In his article in Palestra del Clero, Mgr. Carli clearly explains Catholic doctrine on this point:
"At a certain moment in history Israel broke the Covenant with God, not so much because it had transgressed the commandments of God, or in other words, because it had not fulfilled the conditions of the Covenant (it had committed this sin so often and
God had always forgiven it!) as because it had refused the fulfilment of the Covenant itself by refusing Jesus: 'for Christ is
the fulfilment of the law' (Romans x, 4). Henceforth it was no longer a question of accidental terms of the Covenant, but of its actual substance. Automatically, Israel's 'election' was completely
frustrated, it lost its purpose, and the privileges which were
attached to it lost their sufficient reason. . . . Israel ended up by becoming institutionalised after a fashion into global, official and adamant opposition to Christ and his doctrine, despite the great 'sign' of the Resurrection of the Messiah.
"The mosaic religion which, by a disposition made known by God, was to issue into Christianity to find in its own end and perfection, on the contrary constantly refused to adhere to Christ,
thus 'rejecting' the cornerstone laid by God. It is not a question of the renunciation pure and simple of God's plan (which is already
a very grave error), but of positive opposition; in this respect, the
relationship between Christianity and Judaism is much worse than
the relationship between Christianity and the other religions. For Israel alone had been chosen for and received a vocation, gifts and history, etc., very different from all other people on earth: in God's plan, Israel was entirely and completely 'relative' to Christ and Christianity. Having failed to achieve, through its own fault,
such an important 'relativity', it had of itself put itself in a state of objective 'rejection'. This state will last as long as the Judaic religion throughout the world refuses to recognise and
officially accept Jesus Christ.
The rupture between the Old and the New Testament has continually increased as the Torah, or Law of Moses, made way for
the growing influence of the Talmud as the source of inspiration of the Hebrew religion. The modern few studies not the Mosaic law but the Talmud; and between the Gospel and the Talmud there is an irreducible antagonism.
Book reference: Judaism And The Vatican by Leon de Poncins.
What is the purpose of Adamic, Noahic, Abramic Mosaic & Davidic covenant? To save us from sin?
No, to show us our need for salvation from our sin from an outside, supernatural source: an infinite, all-powerful Triune God who is personable and loves us and GAVE us His righteousness (imputed righteousness). The purpose of man is know & worship God, and reign. Man has failed to keep every covenant, that’s why God let each one play out demonstrating His patience, then eventually sent His Son, demonstrating His great love and mercy, and His Son would to KEEP every covenant (that we couldn’t keep), fulfill the requirements of the Law (that we couldn’t fulfill), which made Him qualified to take on our sin, the perfect lamb, take on the curse of the sin, death, but death couldn’t hold Him, and He rose from the dead which paved the way for all who believe. He is the only fully God / fully Man person who can say to us, from the other side of death, that all who “confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, WILL BE SAVED.” (Romans 10:9)
@@rhettcreative579 So the purpose of these 5 covenant (Adamic, Abramic, Noahic, Mosaic & Davidic Covenants) is to show us our need for salvation from our sin?
@@iuhenceargent8860 Yes, but also so much more. It shows an entire history of God pursuing a relationship with man even though man continues to sin and reject God. AND... it shows God progressively revealing who He is, how He is to be worshiped, all about His attributes of lovingkindness, patience, mercy, but also judgement through His relationship with His people. It also shows every covenant failed by man and kept by God which lays the groundwork and foundation for God ultimately saying, “you see? You cannot keep my commandments or approach me on the basis of your own righteousness. I will provide the perfect ultimate sacrifice and give you MY righteousness.” Gosh didn’t just drop a Scofield Study Bible Red-letter-edition in Adam’s hands, He revealed His truths over time.
Studying the covenants, or dispensations, or the Bible does so much more than reveal our sin. It reveals God!! And His eternal will and purposes which can be tracked, studied, and verified through historical documentation, evidence, and archaeological finds (they have found Egyptian chariots at the bottom of the Red Sea. When they discovered Jericho, they found the walls looked like they had been blasted apart from the inside like a volcano).
So when we study this, we see our sin, and then we see an infinite, all-powerful God who (for some crazy reason) loves us and pursues us.
Albert Einstein (a Jew) had no problem believing that God wasn’t an absentee landlord, but was sovereign in His omnipotence and omniscience, he couldn’t wrap his head around God being personable. But studying the Bible, and ultimately the person of Jesus Christ proves how incredibly personable God is, how much He loves us, and how patient He is pursuing us through all of history! It’s the greatest story ever told.
History = His story

Endenic covenant is fullfilled I Jesus, not sure how it’s separate? Same for adamic. Noahaic, yeshua is the arch…Yeshua is the seed of Abraham that is the agent that allows all man to be grafted in
nice work, albeit in the noahic covenant, the promise wasn't that all living things wouldn't be destroyed, it was that it wouldn't be destroyed through flooding ever again
at some point, after the millennial reign, God is going to create a new heavens and a new earth. So everything we see here will eventually be destroyed, as such, how ought we to be living our lives? What are we living and working for, treasure on earth, or treasure in heaven?
