I needed this video a few days ago, lol ...I just had my first virtual interview yesterday for an out of state dream job because I had to cancel my flight for the in person interview. I feel like I was awkward in front of the camera, but these things are becoming the norm and I might as well get used to it. Thank you for the information!
You're welcome! It's such a weird time, I feel like even without the virtual interviews I need like 2 or 3 to get "warmed up"! Hopefully the next one goes better!

In person interviews can be an opportunity to assess the work environment and observe how staff interact with patients, applicants, and each other. Do you have any suggestions for feeling out office vibes and employee relations when the interview process is done virtually?
Oh that's such a great question! I think that's certainly a wrench in this whole process, since I typically request a shadowing experience. I'll page Amanda and see if she has any insights!
For my grad school interview -- I had my interview as a video recording with 3 questions, and I had a time frame that I had to answer the question...it's definitely different than a zoom class room.
