Nice property, I'd Def fix the bathroom especially the flooring. Area to the side of the cottage and behind the workshop need a lot of work but will look so nice for growing.

House has structure issues. Would need alot of money for repairs and upgrades. Property is a good size. Easy to take care of like mowing..
