Cost factor is the main important factor to compare the cost of construction by this technology and by conventional method. If you give technical data it will be more useful and more informative. Here more important is the problem of repairs like rectifying water leakage through water pipes and electric lines/wires in future as the constitution has, as you said, a longer durability. Please explain those points also.
