You know? I actually like the Gather Drone game you made. If I were in your shoes, I don't know how I would've made all the music, art and programming for the game in 48 hours by yourself. Huge props to you, Vimlark. Also, I would LOVE an update to the game.

I like game jams because they allow you to make a small game and once you’ve made it, you can expand on it and make it into a proper and very interesting one
The spaceship game has a very interesting concept! Definitely feels like the base concept to a space survival game or similar. The sacrifice game may be flawed, but making a Zelda-like or game similar to Binding of Isaac is definitely on my dream game list. If you ever revisited that genre, you could make a more traditional upgrade system where you get stronger over time, or in a roguelike I'm thinking a system where a potion *could* give you a beneficial effect, but it may do nothing or harm you instead.
With the second game, maybe separating the winning and losing conditions into separate dimensions (rather than them both being at polar ends of a one dimensional measure) would be an easy way to make it better. In other words make it so you can be close to winning and also close to losing at the same time.

Instead of decreasing linear stats, add special "curses," like the specialized boons/items you can come across in roguelites like FTL, Binding of Isaac, and Hades. Maybe some of them give you a little perk alongside the curse, but they're all more interesting than just losing a few points of damage. Obviously not so practical for a game jam, but still.
just got into pixel art and how i love thinking about making a indie game, sadly i dont know how to code no money to buy the software a slightly good laptop butt i dont know how to code.
I would love to see the game improved, may be start a series in which you post a video occasionally or to your will. May be do it as a relaxing project ;)
You could have made the player start as slow, big, and powerful, and then become small, agile, but weak (more movement/dodging focused with more ranged attacks and less melee)
