I'm really curious about your cement mix ratio and how much time you wait until you start sculpting it. It's really impressive. I know I couldn't do the same even with the right mix but I'm still curious

less than 2 parts cement and 1 part fine sand. Drying time depends on whether the wall surface is dry or wet. I made this work in 1 hour

I’m interested in trying this myself. You are doing these on a vertical surface, since the pieces you pull out fall, or maybe there’s a quick flick to jettison them out. It can be done on the ground, horizontally and then put up on a wall too, so I’m just making sure I’m seeing this correctly. Looks like you cover the wall first with the mix creating a working surface so the removed concrete releases from the wall. I’ll give this a go. Very nice work.

it's sand cement, I do it directly on the wall and don't use any sealant
