Just to explain some things, InMusic is a festival, it's audience is a mixture of people who are there for different reasons (bands). Being there and playing there in 2017. Croat to foreigner ratio was 10:1, fuckload of British people everywhere. By 2013 the entry fee has gotten ridiculously expensive for an average Croat. It mostly caters to British festival goers - it's cheap for them to travel to a festival with amazing line-up and it keeps the festival running money-wise. For example, the line-up that year was amazing, had never seen NOFX but I just couldn't afford the ticket, even for one day. So that crowd is mostly people who are just familiar with NOFX but not fans, the fans are in front having an amazing fucking time! Also, boring camera work never is really able to capture the concert atmosphere. Another thing, not every NOFX show, or a punk show for that matter, needs to end with broken barricades, massive pits and people getting trampled. Although I'm sure there were a few broken noses and twisted ankles. :D
Everything is true except the admission was nowhere near 'ridiculously expensive' in 2013, it was about average for festivals in the region and way cheaper than European festivals in general.
you do know that the TV gets the sound from the mixer from front of stage... so there is only as much as he can do. If it sounds on OK on stange, it doesnt mean it will sound good on TV production. And thats definetly different from the front of stage sound or on stage sound.
