Nice video, I loved the video because it included the basics to the advanced, nothing was left out. I am improving on muscle ups but the handstand on the dip bar is difficult I can push up but always fall over, one day I will get it lol. You guys have hit the fitness waves in Tennessee which is where I am from when I do a muscle up some has never seen it before and I tell them to check you guys out

These men are unbelievably strong, however I would like to see them do 14 one arm chinup's like some gymnasts or do something that requires leg strength.
Yuri van Gelder or Chen Yibing probably can do all this while they tell you a joke. Anyway, they train too many hours with a professional trainer and they have an especific and perfect diet for themselves. So do what these people do just training at parks is incredible and inspiring. Really motivating
