is that a.. random piece of wood block (1:22) just to be able to attach this thing to a most common slim table top? amazing engineering. I'm blown away. does it come in the package?
how do you get it to bend up and down? i spent 2 hours trying to get it to bend down so i could draw while sitting, but nothing works. also, any suggestions on a desk to use?
It looks like you are using a wood block to help clamp it on? How deep is the max clearance for the arm clamp. I might have to do something similar as a metal frame creates a deep lip around my desk.
I have a previous Wacom model with another arm but it still applies: the arm vibrates a little but when working for long sessions, I position the tablet in a way that it is resting somewhat on the desk, giving it stability. The big advantage of an arm, in my opinion, is if you want to alternate between using it for work and putting it out of the way as a second monitor. In use, it doesn't have much of an advantage over a stand.
Hey, I have a question for you...I am a motion graphics artist and also an express key remote fan. I am running out of shortcut keys and wanna purchase another one. Could you please tell me if 2 remote works at the same time with different keyboard shortcuts for each remote? I use after effects as a primary tool. So I need both to work with different shortcuts on both of them.
Thank you for posting this video!❤. So happy I purchased the Wacom Flex Arm🎊❗️. I was given a very sturdy table that accommodates the WFArm perfectly. Should be an ideal set up for my Wacom ❗️
@@russianwolf1 , the Cintiq or the arm? So far the Cintiq is great! My only complaint with it is that the touch function is a bit glitchy, but hopefully they'll fix that in an update. I did end up buying an Ergotron arm and that's working great as well so far.
@@GeoffHassing Hey Geoff, can you speak to the weight/strain the clamp joint puts on the desk? I'm considering the arm for the cintiq 32 but worried my desk wont be able to take the weight (28.66 lbs). Thx
@@MANIAKRA , I ended up ordering the Ergotron arm with the extension arm, a lot cheaper than the Wacom arm. I did have to buy the Vesa adaptor too, machollywood.com/collections/wacom-accessories/products/copy-of-ergotron-lx-hd-sit-stand-desk-mount-lcd-arm-for-27qhd-45-384-026 us-store.wacom.com/Product/wacom-vesa-mount-for-cintiq-pro-24-and-32#/undefined1 It works pretty good overall. It does bounce a touch, but not enough to bother me. I have the 24", so I don't know how well it will all hold up with the 32". The Wacom arm is more expensive, but they probably engineered it to hold the 32 okay. As far as the weight strain on the desk, I have a pretty heavy corner desk and it holds the weight no problem. Good luck! : )
@@GeoffHassing Thank you I appreciate the response. Might give this a try instead of the wacom ergo stand... really I just want to be able to use my keyboard underneath.
Very `shaky`, `whobling`, and a bit `unstable`. Thank you for reviewing this. Definitely NOT gonna buy it... 😬 In my perspective this is kind of fail products 😬 Ergo stand is way better.
So how did you get that power cable thru the hole when it's made into the black power box? or was the earlier version plugable on both sides?

That'll be $400. 😭🤣

Didn't even use the clips 0:25 for the wires...
I was struggling to understand how to make the arm go down. Thank you!! The manual wasn't useful at all on that regard. :(
Ok what kind of desk?

It would be great if he answered this question.
So is this thing vibrating and shaking while you are drawing? How is that useful?

Craig Allen because the shaking is minimal - id rather have it shake then have horrific neck pain

Not going low enough. Should go down past the base.
This looks amazing! I just ordered my Cintiq Pro 24, let me know if you need a tester for one of these. I've been a pro artist for 25 years now. : )
