Thanks Steve. Indeed, it was an exciting ride. What the other biker did was a bit stupid as they are not "Teddy Bears" but real bears. Last week on the same road, a Scottish (nothing against Scottisjh and Scotland - I like to ride there, but it was mentioned in the article) tourist was injured by a bear. She had left the window of her car open and her arm was badly injured. There are accidents every year. The following video will be on the eastern Carpats. There are still more bears there but I did not see even one. One person was killed (but she was in the forest) last week in the area where I spent a night.
