My personal hated re-use is the Lcar charger (yes I'm one of those guys).... It's a 4 door, only made them in automatics, not particularly good looking or have much in the way of original charger styling... shoulda just called it a Coronet...
The *current* L-car Charger, not the old L-body Charger? I was going to leave that alone since it at least tried to have some of the 1968 styling cues, a V8, RWD, etc.
@@sdmoparmaninsd6713 It's kinda hard because anything brought back will be very different. Some would argue the LX/LD is worse because while it had four doors, it had a V8. I think I gave it a mention... Coronet isn’t a name that’ll sell cars these days; it’s a relic of the royal series (Imperial, Royal, Coronet, Windsor, Crown, etc.) of names. Better than the random street names! Monaco might have worked but I think Lancer might have been the best pick if Mitsu hadn't taken it in the meantime.
The worst IMO was the re-use of Concorde. Yes, they added an e on the end but the AMC Concord of the 80's had such a terrible reputation that was still fresh in prospective car-buyer's minds in the 90's.
Travesty after travesty!!. As far as names!... But I do own a 76 dodge charger and under the skin it's mostly 73/74 charger...which I own 3 of...trucks end in the 90s...then it off the cliff of unreliability.... Very sad if the brothers were alive today heads would roll..😂😂😂
My personal pet peeve is the R/T badge on minivans and every other pedestrian vehicle.
I didn't even think of R/T.
Yaay Claymation dude is back :D
Makes it MUCH faster to do these but apparently hurts popularity, so he might not be back for long.
@@motalesdave But I like him :(

@@motalesdave no the current LB is fine... the LX/LCar 4 door 2005-2023 is not... it's a Coronet :P

Roadrunner from 75-80 The first two generations Muscle Car Last gen name only
I can't believe I missed that one! Thanks!
@@motalesdave your welcome
Perhaps the poor-choice stealing of names from AMC could be continued with by slapping the "Gremlin" name on one of the Stellantis products.

Didn't even think of that.
@@motalesdave See? That's how bad it was! People wouldn't even want to remember that 😆
