Stamp Fairtex Muay Thai Sparring Drills - Setting up the Low Kick

Stamp Fairtex is a world renowned Muay Thai and MMA fighter based at the equally amazing Fairtex Training Center in Pattaya, Thailand. Here, in this short video I filmed with her recently whist visiting Fairtex, she goes over one way she likes to set up the low kick whilst sparring or fighting!
