      No, he did not. The OST for "Black Rain" is by Hans Zimmer. But they used Sakamoto's track "Calling From Tokyo" from his album "Beauty" during the disco club scene.

    You shouldn't have applied compression, it ruins the sound! Anyway, try listening to Bajune Tobeta's cover of Field Work, I like it as much as the original.
