Loooove taking apple cider vinegar for my health, it has so many benefits!! I dilute mine with a bunch of water pour it over ice and squeeze fresh lemon juice, it helps! Or if you make it into a hot tea over the stove- I dilute it & mix it in a pot with cinnamon sticks, lemon and honey it’s much more bearable lol (and super warming/cozy esp during fall time!)🫶🏼
