I am doing one challenge everyday for a year, this is day 35. Today i learned the Elastico Hocus Pocus. I allready knew botch tricks but i never tried them together before.
First you do a elastico slightly behind and while doing that you jump with the other leg forwards, so you have enough space for the hocus pocus to work.
Would recommend learning the tricks separatly before trying them together.
