so i have had my smoker for over 4 years and never used it . Today is the day . i watched all 3 vids and will try the 2-2-1 , also will make my own party rub ( as u called it) no store is open on Good Friday . Maybe switch up the honey as i seem to be out but yeah i will let you know the results of my first ever smoke in my Bradley Smoker

Do you turn off the smoking for the wrapped and unwrapped part of the cooking ?
I use more apple juice instead of honey in the foil process so it sits and soaks into the ribs and help make a fall off type rib meat if thats what your going for. ...
What is your apple cider vinegar + apple juice ratio?
How do you find the smoker holds heat in during colder winter months?

Awesome! I have been putting my new Bradley to work. Here in MB Canada i have been doing winter smoking. The electronic puck feeder doesn't work well in minus 30 degrees Celsius.
