    Looks great, maybe I missed it what temperature did you smoke at? Did you use smoke for the whole time?

      Thank you! Smoker was set to 250° for the entirety of the cook. I ran smoke on this for about 3-4hrs. I find that any more of that on ribs and you start getting too much on the meat and can be off putting - at least for my tastes anyway.
