Many people are losing hair where they clip the hair in. Easy to accidentally pull them or run your hands through and they shift. And unfortunately people are sleeping in the clip ins, which also will pull and break the hair.

Most beauty supply stores will have hair that is highlighted. Asked them next time you go in. Let me know what you find.

So you don't sew the tails down?

Yes, I do. The ends of the braids meet in the middle, and I lay them as flat as possible. Then I sew them down. I have also had the braids meet in the middle, securely sew where they meet, and take the end of the braids down and flat iron it because the hair was too thick and bulky.
