Do you havve any tool recommendations for monitoring participants going through tasks? How can you highlight their mouse cursor?

For moderated tests, I'm perfectly happy with simple videoconferencing tools that allow screen sharing, e.g. Zoom or Teams. If you really need more advanced features or you want to conduct unmoderated studies, the following tools are widely used: UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, and Userzoom.
