I´m Lebanese and I want peace with Israel. Fighting and killing is not a solution. Europian countries have battled themselves for centuries, now they are united. Let us give peace a chance.
theres no such thing as peace with these zionists scumbags they've pretended to have peace with palastine and look what happened, they imprisoned them in the world's largest outdoor prison! so why don't you be smart khayi these people don't want peace they want to conquer and divide us they're europeans faking their identities for the sake of conquering.
It's ironic how Israel is being blamed for killing and torturing, while the Palestinians who were welcomed to Lebanon as refugees brought anarchy and terror to the locals. Killing, turtoring, cutting pregnant women and killing their babies. After Israel invaded the area (due to continuing terror attacks), the Israeli soldiers were welcomed to the villages with rice being thrown on them as a bless. There's a reason the Christian Lebanese were so angry that they executed horribly almost everyone in Sabra wa Shatila. This group as any has good and bad folks, but as a group, the major voice is the one of violence and terror. That's why no country wants them. Egypt refused to take Gazza. Jordan didn't ask for the west bank, and acted fiercely against the Palestinians (black september). Lebanese were glad that Israel took control for a while after they tasted the Palestinian gangs.

@Ghady 983 no. Jews are NOT europeans. . This is science, it is not opinion. We have 3 main comunites: sephardi (portugal, morocco, turkey, syria, spain), mizrahi (egypt, yemen, iran, iraq...), and ashkenazi (poland, russia, germany, lithuania, etc) Ashkenazis have South european ancestry mixed with middle east ancestry. But all the levantine comunities like Druze, lebanese, palestinians and samaritans also have soutwest european ancestry. You should read more about that on GEDmatch. Ashkenazis are genetically the closest population to samaritans. And samaritans were never kicked out from Levant. Sephardis and mizrahis have less european ancestry, and are genetically very similar to ashkenazis. Jews are not europeans. They are a levantine comunity.
Yes to peace ofcourse, I am Lebanese too and I believe in peace with any willing party. However, if Israel decides to make peace with us just to justify its occupation to Palestine and to make them look weaker just to occupy more lands justifiably then I do not agree to peace. Commitment to stop its expansion to the palastenian lands should be agreed upon first.

@Ter157ian Greater Israel isn't taken over. Do your research, don't just make up bullshit. But lets say you just didn't know and you do want to know more, some of the religious and right wing Israelis want to take over greater Israel, I personally don't think it's a wise move. The Palestinians want us to "take over", so they'll be able to live in Israel and turn it to "Palestine" by force using Jihad. I think we should let the Palestinians be on their own even though they obviously don't believe in separating these lands into two, because they're delusional and "can't live with the Jews, only Palestine exists. From the river to the sea" blah blah blah. We're paying Hamas and the people of Gaza money for water, food, gas, weapons and more. If they won't be in our control and they'll keep doing their Jihad bombings and shit, we'll have no reason to hold back. Currently we do because they are in "our control" technically.
@Ter157ian Btw look for greater Israel in Google Images. We've taken over large amounts of these lands in our wars by the way, we've just given them back for peace. The largest takes were in Lebanon and Egypt, we haven't kept those lands. Thing is no matter what we give the Palestinians nothing ever changes because unlike Lebanon, Syria, Jordan etc Hamas - a terror organization is negotiated with. That might change too if we give the Palestinians full rights. Currently anyone who protests against Hamas is being shot down, gays are being killed over there and peoples money and homes are being taken - thing is Europe claims that Hamas are a peaceful organization. Even though they claim all Jews need to be butchered. Damn I'd love to live in a Jihad-free world.

I'm half-Israeli. My father is Israeli and served in the IDF as a non-com. My mother also lived there a long time; a lot of my family still lives there. We left because of the conflict. I have quite a lot of Israeli friends here in Australia, and quite a lot of Lebanese friends including one of my best friends. Also I keep getting asked by Lebanese people whether I'm Lebanese, which sort of made Lebanon extra interesting to me. And my brother is actually dating a Lebanese Sunni. I don't know if people in Lebanon want peace, but I think peace is possible. My Lebanese friend told me that his Dad cried when Rabin was shot; my dad cried that day too. There's no peace because of the bad tendency in human nature to show compassion for your in-group and strongly distrust the out-group. Life is a battle between the good and evil inside every human heart. Also, too much politics and not enough people. Let's relax and eat and talk about music or whatever. I think a true peace is made between people and not in boardrooms, to paraphrase Yehuda Amichai's poem "wildpeace". It won't be made by grumpy old men signing agreements, it'll be by people reaching out to each other. We live in an age where billions of people can connect to each other but we still assume too much and don't listen enough. We need to embrace our differences and learn to understand each other and be tolerant. I've begun to really hate politics! I would LOVE to visit Lebanon. My mother told me that when she was growing up, Lebanon was considered like Monaco, a beautiful place that everyone wants to go to! And my Lebanese friend told me that it is an amazing place, too. Also, the food is great hahaha! So yes, if peace comes, Lebanon will be #1 on my list of places to go :)

Question to Israelis - Give us 1-3 logical reasons why would an average Arab in Muscat for instance want to make genuine peace with a State that’s internationally recognized as an occupying force, and the occupied is another Arab nation? Side note: If you use “there is no occupation” or “there are no Palestinians” you will help explaining further to the world why Arabs giggle when they hear the peace song.

Look young lady, you better read some history books and educate yourself. Occupations never last forever. One example you may find in them is how the Spanish people have ejected the Muslims out of Spain after 800 yeras of occupation.
There is no nation of Palestine and never was - Palestine is occupied by egyptians and arabs, who elected an islamic terrorist group as their leaders. If Palestine was ever a nation there would be historical evidence including Palestinian Kings, Palestinian currency and an explanation as to how it apparaently lost its status as a nation. Israel treats the people in Palestine better than the egyptions or arabs do. The land belongs to Israel. God Bless Israel.

The majority of "Arabs" in North Africa are Arabized Berbers. Israel is the land of origin of the Israelite nation, Jews being the major Israelite tribe. It were the Israelites who fought the independence of that land over many centuries against Egyptians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Greeks and Romans. Arabians and Ottomans occupied our land for over 1400 years, but that doesn't means we shouldn't fight to reconquer its independence, specially when it's more than obvious that we depend on it in order to ensure our survival and self determination, not to mention we never accepted any foreign occupation. The same can be said about Assyrians, Arameans, Armenians and Kurds. Just because your support Arabian and Ottoman colonialism, doesn't mean Middle Eastern ethnic minorities should accept being ruled by other people and allow other to discriminate and massacre them in their inside or outside their own land.

You may criticize certian policies of Israel's government regarding the Muslim and Christian populations living in Israel, both inside and outside the green line, but if you stand against the very independence of the state, then there's nothing to discuss. You're merely an anti-Israelite. Regarding the notion of a Palestinian nation, the fact is such concept only emerged in then 20th century as part of strategy to counter the reconquest of Israel's independence by Zionist Israelites. The people who identify themselves today as Palestinians are best described as a mixture of Israelites who were gradually converted to Christianism and Islam during the Roman, Arabian and Ottoman occupation periods and other people who settled in the land during those same periods (Yemenites, Arabians, Egyptians, Assyrians, Circassians, Armenians, Bosnians, Albanians, Chechens, Kurds, Turkmens and Greeks).

ANOTHER QUESTION(s): Do you see any value in learning the language of the other (Arabic for Jews; Hebrew for Arabs) and how similar are the two languages? How would you compare their similarity to other languages? ie: Spanish to Italian; Dutch to English; English to Turkish... THANK YOU SIR!
Good question. My mother tongue is Hebrew and I learned Arabic. I think it's very important, and also quite easy since there is so much in common- and also many chances to practice. German-English is a good equivalent- not as close as Italian and spanish, but many words with the same root, and a very similar grammatical structure. It's also important to know- Arabic has many versions- people from different countries speak different, and also there is a difference between Arabic spoken in the big cities and in villages. And, there is a different arabic for writing and formal - news etc. So this is a challenge to the Arabic learner- what kind of Arabic should one study? Almost all Israelis learn the written/formal version of Arabic in schools but this is not helpful at all for communication, in my opinion schools here should teach the spoken Arabic instead- or both versions. I learned spoken local arabic after school and found it to be much more useful. Cory- another question to israeli arabs- what version of Arabic (spoken/written) do you think should be taught in israeli jewish schools?
A) of course. Israelis must learn Arabic, it's foolish that most of us don't. Palestinians should know Hebrew (and many of them already do) since I believe we are stuck together forever 😊 For non Palestinian arabs it could be nice to know hebrew but not completely necessary as most Israelis know english, but it would definitely help mutual understanding and peace. B) Arabic and Hebrew have a lot of similarities in the sound of words, grammar etc. But the letters are different so in terms of writing it's more different than all the examples you gave.
After milling over this issue for five years this is the conclusion ive come to. Jews have a right to land in modern day Israel. The land was aquired in a way that displaced large groups of people who by all means could have been partially descendents of Jews themselves. These people were not responsible for the mass exodus of Jews, the Roman's were primarily. This was interpreted as injustice and lead to conflicts which continue today. The displaced people or their descendants, its been that long, out to be reimbursed in some way and amends made, many fight due to loss of dignity and livelihood. If treated respectfully, apologized to, reimbursed in a proportional manner, and allowed to create a reasonable state, I think this issue can be put behind us. My parents are Lebanese, it is a beautiful country. I would like to visit Israel as well. I would like to be able to read a newspaper without discovering yet another regional tragedy. I hope for a peaceful resolution. Thank you for posting this video.
@@chugalongway01 don't forget to ask yourself also about the "was stalin an alien from Mars" conspiracy. There are plenty of archeological evidences and historical documents, if you're really intrested.
This comment as way underrated. Thanks for the thoughtful analysis. Even though it's clear who got the upper side, both sides see themselves as victims. The Zionists didn't plan to conquer but to buy enough land in Israel, an acre after acre, first under ottoman control and have an autonomous area, later when colonialism ended as a free state. The UN came in when there were already plenty of jews here, and offered partitioning (Israel got most8the desert, Palestine the fertile north). The jews accepted it, the arabs didn't. It was only then when Israel was attacked that land was conquered. The majority of Israel acknowledge the Palestinians suffer and their need for a land, more or less with the 67' borders. But compensation? For what? We won a fight where we were attacked. We lost land and legal property too, e.g. the historic jewish community in Hebron. I know that Palestinians have a different narrative, but that's the Israeli one. Moreover, in the middle east if you offer your enemy a compensation he considers you to be weak. That's one of the problems in our negotiation - the cultural gap. The Israeli gesture is a Palestinian insult, the Israeli generosity is a Palestinian sign of weakness, the Palestinian hints and bargain is an Israeli sign of dishonesty.

@@chugalongway01 Lets start with the scripts of Josefus Plavius (which has countless of archeological support with remains from the destruction and the great fire in Jerusalem, Mesada, coins of Bar Kaza for a short time from that era), the Romans documentation for a flood of Jewish slaves in thar time, a flood of Jewish gladiators, the archeological remains of ruined and abandoned buildings from that time that show that the population shrink during that time, and when you go on a trip to Rome take a look at the Victory gate which shows the march of Jewish slaves with the Menorah. ewqdsacxz765 Lebanese here and it doesn't matter what we are,but being with the arabs and not wanting peace with israel has done nothing good to the country To hell with hizbullah .
Also, I admire how Lebanon managed to overcome the civil war - after so much fighting and blood between the different ideologies there, people realized that what is most important is solutions, not grudges. Things still aren't perfect, but after struggling against each other for so long, people then decided to struggle for peace. I think a lot of countries can learn from that.
As a Lebanese, let me speak on behalf of a majority of Lebanon. First of, I am surprised the Israelis have such a positive view of Lebanon, when most of the Lebanese have a very bad image of Israel. Of course, not everyone in Lebanon shares this view, as some have allied with Israel in the civil war. But trust me, the vast majority does. What the Israelis don't understand is that while their IDF is being praised and dignified, it has inflicted some serious damage on Lebanon by occupying its southern part for over 20 years and by killing a 1000+ of its innocent civilians (apart from the Hezbollah members) in the 2006. It is true that a lot of Lebanese are against Hezbollah, but that doesn't make Israel their ally. Israel has seriously damaged Lebanon over the years; its involvement in the Lebanese civil war was disastrous (even though it wasn't the only side to blame). Its constant subjugation of the Palestinian isn't helpful either. Israel's history in this region is full of bloodshed and violence. And if you sincerely examine it, you'll get a feeling of who more is to blame. Let us be clear that the circumstances in which Israel was created were unfair to start with. When the population of the Jews is 33%, and their ownership of residences is 10%, it is not fair to grant them a Jewish state in 55% of the territory. What happened next was an attack by the Arabs. Even if you are not able to sympathize with the arabs as they were fighting a just cause, you should at least understand their anger. The attack, which was an epic fail won by Israel, did not stop the zionist leaders from grabbing more land. It's like the Palestinians were angry because they were being treated unfairly, and Israel's reaction is to treat them more unfairly. This has been happening since 1948. Over the years, the failure of the Palestinians in defending their cause and their anger over what seems to be more and more Israeli aggression, has led to create more violence and terrorism. Not being able to fight the army of the aggressor, they turn to throw rockets at the citizens of the occupying side, as they view them as complicit because they live on occupied territories, and they keep electing the same ZIonist leaders who keep on attacking the Palestinians with more and more force and grabbing more of their territories Of course, I don't agree with rocket attacks, because even when a lot of Israelis are bigots, there are also lots of peaceful activists and supporters of humanity. There are also a lot who are simply brainwashed by a Zionist education and environment. My point is, what the Israeli government should do to start seeing less and less violence, is to start giving the Palestinians some rights and freedom, and to start making some "sacrifices" because they have to. The most logical thing they can do right now is to stick to legitimacy. That is, give back the illegitimate land that they incorporated. The land that housed the Palestinians who are now living as refugees in neighboring countries. The refugees that are creating friction and social and security problems in the hosting countries, which blame Israel for their presence in their country. If you want to reply, please do not mention any crazy theory on how the Palestinians did not actually exist in Israel and that they came from arabia as an excuse for the arabs to fight Israel. It is seriously offensive.
Some facts regarding Israel-Lebanon relations you mentioned -Israel did went to war in 1982, but as a legit sovereign country that had enough of the SHIA militia attacks in the Galilee (Samir Kuntar for ex.) the name of this war was 'Peace for Galilee' and they went to Lebanon and made a pact with Christians to fight and protect against SHIA. Mistakes were made, and I am sure most Israeli are sad for loss of life, but main reason it happened was security of Israeli citizens. Which our country cared about. In 2006 Hezbollah attacked our soldiers on the border of Israel in violation of int. law and kidnapped their bodies, there are reasons to why there were attacks from Israel - don't be naive. I will not talk to you about Pal. since clearly you support their narrative and I support Israeli narrative - only I can say that the Arabs in Israel who stayed have many benefits now & have full rights while those who left/fled/kicked are in shitty refugee camps until now (yes in Lebanon) without rights. Think out of the box, give those refugees citizenship and help them, make one step closer to Israel-Palestine peace. Peace will benefit as long as you take control of you county and kick Hezbollah/Iran in their asses.
Why not ask the Lebanese living in Lebanon if they want peace with Israel? My opinion is you will have a hard time finding a courageous person saying "yes", fearing being punished as a "traitor". I think it is about time to drop all these manmade religions from politics all together and reunite Phoenicia and the Phoenician people.
My question is for Israeli Arabs: Would you agree to defend Israel if they were attacked in a war completely unrelated to the Israeli-Palestinian/Arab conflict and the enemy was a non-Palestinian/Arab country?
It already happened multiple times (Israeli Arabs helping in wars). Some Arabs helped even before Israel was re-established (see the case of Abu Ghosh). But you are correct that it's rare.
Much appreciated I just want to say that Hezbollah spreads rumors sometimes, true, but they're not all rumors, and they don't necessarily need to spread rumors, we all know what Israel is capable of and has done. Yet I want peace and I'm surely not the only one. Shalom.

how the israeli arabs feel when speaking almost everyday a language (Hebrew) which is very similar to Arabic and how difficult have they found learning it??? how israelis in general feel about living in a state with two official languages (Hebrew and Arabic) and do they want to learn Arabic due to the fact that both languages (Arabic and Hebrew) are sister languages (semetic languages that belong to the same family)???
Israeli Jewish here. I'd love to study Arabic and I hope to get to that in the near future. Many people think we should learn more Arabic in school (we study a bit, but only traditional Arabic, not spoken Arabic. It won't help you down in the market). For historical and political reasons, it's not happening. We wish to learn that not because its related to Hebrew but because 20% of the population here and all our neighbors speak it. For some it's also the language of their parents of grandparents who came from Arabic countries. As for Israeli Arabs, while many do speak Hebrew, many of them barely speak it (if any). They usually live in Arab villages or towns, they study in school in Arabic, for many of those who go to university this is their first major encounter with Hebrew. Some go and study in Jordan to avoid this inconvenience too.
@@galraayoni5977 How well do the Hebrew speaking Arabs we see in Cory's videos speak the language? Also, which percentage of Arab Israelis speak it that well?
@Ramy Gaw to be honest I haven't watched the videos recently, but most of them speak it fairly. I guess that's more or less how a non-native speaker sounds to an English speaker. Sometimes it tweaks, sometimes might be a bit broken, but fully understandable and a fluent conversation can be held. Of course, some of them speak it perfectly, some barely. I refer to the common case. I actually have no idea about the percentage, almost all of my encounters are with residents of mixed cities, people with academic background or people who've been working for years with Jewish population. They usually speak it quite good and above. Here and there you meet a hospital cleaning lady that speaks two an a half words. I have no clue how major is their part in the Arab population, but the poorers tend to have inferior Hebrew skills, and without the language it's much harder to step out of poverty. A bit like Latin Americans, I guess. I can say though that youngsters, which didn't yet get to college nor worked outside of their community, will usually barely speak any Hebrew.

Are you aware that in 1967 when Israel united Jerusalem and liberated it from Jordanian occupation, after 10 days Israel decided to return the keys of the Haram to the Waqf, for continued Muslim administration, to show respect and enable peace. If you did not know this - what is the Muslim narrative explaining why it is in the hands of Muslims today? 3. How do you think it makes religious Jews feel knowing that if a Palestinian State is formed, Muslims will not allow them access to Holy sites in Judea and Samaria, such as the Cave of the Patriarchs, Josephs Tomb etc - Can you understand that such Islamic principles cause opposition from right-wing religious Jews to a Palestinian State? Is there a possibility that a Palestinian State will guarantee such rights to Jews for the sake of peace?
Why don't the UN reunite all of the palestine territory, why did they divide a land that had the most beautiful past? It would be like in andalus where jews christians and muslims lived peacefully. The un didn't do their real job wich is prevent wars
Question to Muslims, Druze and Christians of Israel (inside and outside the Green Line): 1) What are their ancient origins: a) Israelite (Jewish/Samaritan); b) Arabian; c) Egyptian; d) Aramean; e) Greek; f) Armenian g) other? Note: It can be more than one option. Ex: a) and g). 2) In case they have Israelite roots (or mixed roots), would they accept being reintegrated as Israelites in Israelite society under a one state solution with equal rights and obligations? Note: In this case they would be considered Israelites by ethnicity and citizenship regardless fo their views on religion. 3) In case they have non-Israelite roots, would they accept being integrated in Israelite society as Israelites by citizenship alone with equal rights and obligations under a one state solution? 4) In case they responded yes to all previous questions, what advantages their re-integration/integration (for those who non-Israelite roots) in Israelite society under a one state solution under the principles of Secularism, Liberalism and Social Democracy would bring to both sides of the conflict?
I'm lebanese and want peace but there's two reasons that doesn't assure that : - the israeli government want to take some space of the our country ( about 500km squared ) which is big compared to our space - they want some of our water ( to divide the nahr al kalb ) - Lebanese want to free Palestine ( we want Palestine to be an independent country, not to be killed by the israeli government )

The majority of Persians are not happy with their Arab neighbors around and the only non Arab country in middle east after Iran is Israel! We all want Shalom,(Peace)

When your government stops wanting to occupy Lebanon and you stop the oppression of palestinians then we can talk about peace. If you say Hezbollah is the problem, the organization was made to defend Lebanon after Israel tried to occupy Lebanon decades ago, without Hezbollah, Lebanon would've ended up just like Palestine.
You are mistaken, our government doesn't want to occupy anything. Maybe Hezbollah defended you, but what now? Israel is worried from the rockets and Iranian weapon comes to Hezbollah, except that - if you don't have crazy demands, disarm Hezbollah which is a threat and a piece will be between 2 countries (if you will agree for normalization before conflict with Palestinians is ended)
@@aviramon101 what is your opinion now on this 2 years later after what the settlers are doing to palestinian homes is exposed on tv? What about how they are imprisoning the Palestinians and not the jewish settlers? Isn't lebanon also part of the "promised land"? Zionism is a form of terrorism that created the need for arabs to attack and defend themselves and that enabled many of the defenders to become terrorists too and brainwash their people. Both sides benefit politically and the people suffer.
That's a very good question. I don't think most of them have, mainly because of the conflict tensions between both sides and also because of religious reasons. There are secular Jews and Arabs who do date each other though. Check out a documentary on YT called "77 Steps"? It's about a mixed couple in Israel and the issues one has to face. There was also a documentary "Would You Have Sex With An Arab/Jew?" made in Israel. I must confess I'm not sure about that title though.
I am not Israeli but I am Jewish and Zionist who will eventually in his life become Israeli. I am dating a Palestinian girl. And there is no problem with any of our families.
I am Lebanese and of course we dream about peace. who wants war or who likes war ? if we do like it we will not survive till now fighting for peace... but its sad that the game is bigger than us. its a world wide game playing with us to support their needs in the region. We have nothing against Israelis our problems is goverments between each others. and this video make me happy knowing that we think same way like them and ppl r hoping for peace. and regarding if we are arabs or no... i will give u a example happened with me. once i was in a arabic country, and one old man asked me if i am arabic. i told him i speak arabic tell me, he said: so you are arabic then. I said: no but i only speak arabic. he said: where are you from. i said lebanese. he said so you are arabic. i told him give me one reason to convince me that i am arabic. he didn't know what to say... here i told him, ok i will tell you why... If i am europian and i wanna go during the weekend to visit some countries around what do i need other than my ID ? he said nothing. i told him GOOD but me as u said lebanese arabic what do i need to visit your country or any arabic country? i need to take appointment with the embassy to take a visa and pay money plus it might be rejected so i will lose my money plus it will be visit visa for a short period of time. plus what kind of support we r getting from all the arabic countries? plus we have totally different culture. so i am arabic ? he said: well son you are right i have no more words to reply....
RUSHq8 The Phoenicians were not Arabs. They were Levantine. Arabs originate from the Arab peninsula, and Arab culture didn't spread outside of it until the 7th century CE. This Arab appropriation of the history of the regions they conquered is typical of imperialism, but has no basis in historical fact.
michalis khoury who wants war? Seriously? My answer is western bureaucrats, elites & politics. It's the only way to make corporate profits for defense companies
The claim that today’s Ashkenazi Jews are descended from Khazars who converted in the Middle Ages is a myth, according to new research by a Hebrew University historian. The Khazar thesis gained global prominence when Prof. Shlomo Sand of Tel Aviv University published “The Invention of the Jewish People” in 2008. In that book, which became a best seller and was translated into several languages, Sand argued that the “Jewish people” is an invention, forged out of myths and fictitious “history” to justify Jewish ownership of the Land of Israel. Now, another Israeli historian has challenged one of the foundations of Sand’s argument: his claim that Ashkenazi Jews are descended from the people of the Khazar kingdom, who in the eighth century converted en masse on the instruction of their king. In an article published this month in the journal “Jewish Social Studies,” Prof. Shaul Stampfer concluded that there is no evidence to support this assertion. read more: www.haaretz.com/jewish/features/1.601287

I wished Lebanon make peace with Israel, but I am afraid of Hezbollah, it is just too extremist. Strange enough I had some sort of estrangement with Lebanese, first time that I was to visit Israel, I stopped in Lanarca, and while dining some 10 guys were looking directly to my woman, who was obviously with loose hair, I asked what was the problem, they asked if she was my sister, I said it was my wife. They dispersed. It was so offensive, so aggressive, that if it was in a film, people would consider islamophobic and exaggerated, but it was true, and shameful, a proper intimidating and misogenistic behavior, today I would just tell them straight in the face, how pathetic they were, piece of crap, that have to put 10 people together in order to intimidate a single one. I am not Israeli, I am jew, and they did not even realise that, it was so stupid. Second thing, one art festival, LEbanese artists, some good videos, Akram Zaatari, very good artist, but liked less the others, most of them very immature, not talking to anyone, considering themselves best them the rest, I did not like the behavior in general, and one guy wrote a text, calling the jews as the devil who had all the media on their favor and blablabla, honestly, that was so offending and stupid. I had to come to myself not to beat that guy. Sorry to say that, but this behavior of these guys, is to me unacceptable, I have a good impression of LEbanon, watched 25 hours of films about the civil war, to understand better the situation, I wish peace can be a reality,
As an Israeli- yes. At the moment, the peace is not a totally open and warm relationship- but since 1973 there have been no war, and quite a good cooperation on many levels- so that's something good and a big improvement from the decades before. Much better than conflict- for both sides. I hope and believe that in a few more decades, hate levels will lower and the peace will become a stable friendship between the nations.
I´m Lebanese and I want peace with Israel. Fighting and killing is not a solution. Europian countries have battled themselves for centuries, now they are united. Let us give peace a chance.

@Ghady 983 israeli people are not european, they are middle eastern, search for the genetic tests
@Ghady 983 no. Jews are NOT europeans. . This is science, it is not opinion.
We have 3 main comunites: sephardi (portugal, morocco, turkey, syria, spain), mizrahi (egypt, yemen, iran, iraq...), and ashkenazi (poland, russia, germany, lithuania, etc)
Ashkenazis have South european ancestry mixed with middle east ancestry.

*****"it's reality now .. you should forget .. it's too late .. you've gotta stop .. and accept .. and move on."? Really? What a silly comment, and a silly person you are!
You are unable to have peace even among yourself, 99meemo99 so how to expect you to live in peace with a modern, developed state which survived all your tempts to erase it.

Two of the most beautiful countries, nice and hard working people on both sides, we deserve to live in peace 🕊️
TagMehirTzedek There is no money to be made here!;)
I think is great to learn another language brings people together.
German to English.
Palestinians should know Hebrew (and many of them already do) since I believe we are stuck together forever 😊
For non Palestinian arabs it could be nice to know hebrew but not completely necessary as most Israelis know english, but it would definitely help mutual understanding and peace.
Thank you for posting this video.
ask yourself.......was the ever a mass Exile of Jews from Palestine....or is that just a myth, eh?
@@galraayoni5977 Bullshit, there isn't the slightest evidence of the so-called "exile" . That is why there isn't even one serious research-based book on the subject....LOL
You wouldn't actual history if you fell over it. Zionist history is 100% BULLSHIT.
And ethnic cleansing of Palestine is well documented by Zionist vermin in a premeditated plan of ethnic cleansing.
I don't know where is this conspirative crap from, but it's ridiculous as claiming that Islam was originally a Chinese religion, and it's a recent Arabic conspiracy to claim its prophet was Mohammad and not Xio Jing.

To hell with hizbullah .
lyfe screwar same. Im Lebanese and i honestly believe that had it not been for the 2006 conflict between the two countries there might be peace.
anthony mourad Man if it wasn't for religion this country would seriously be a better place.
Less wars, less economical problems and less bullshit
Not being able to fight the army of the aggressor, they turn to throw rockets at the citizens of the occupying side, as they view them as complicit because they live on occupied territories, and they keep electing the same ZIonist leaders who keep on attacking the Palestinians with more and more force and grabbing more of their territories
Of course, I don't agree with rocket attacks, because even when a lot of Israelis are bigots, there are also lots of peaceful activists and supporters of humanity.
In fact, Jordan get 80% of the land, jews get 10% and palestinians get 10%. Fair deal

how the israeli arabs feel when speaking almost everyday a language (Hebrew) which is very similar to Arabic and how difficult have they found learning it???
how israelis in general feel about living in a state with two official languages (Hebrew and Arabic) and do they want to learn Arabic due to the fact that both languages (Arabic and Hebrew) are sister languages (semetic languages that belong to the same family)???
I like both questions
How common is Yiddish in Israel?
@@galraayoni5977
How well do the Hebrew speaking Arabs we see in Cory's videos speak the language?
Question for Muslims (both in Israel and out). 1. Are you aware that Haram-esh-Sharif, the third holiest site in Islam is built upon the ruins of the MOST holy place for Jews, the Jewish Temple was the only place which Jews consider the "House of God" (Har-Habayit).
Is there a possibility that a Palestinian State will guarantee such rights to Jews for the sake of peace?

so i am arabic ?
he said: well son you are right i have no more words to reply....
But Jubran & Fayrouz are Arabs as they said correct?
MrLiberali Yeah , they are Lebanese Christians
RUSHq8 The Phoenicians were not Arabs. They were Levantine. Arabs originate from the Arab peninsula, and Arab culture didn't spread outside of it until the 7th century CE. This Arab appropriation of the history of the regions they conquered is typical of imperialism, but has no basis in historical fact.
LOL Phoenicians are not Arabs. Nor Iraqi Jews.
michalis khoury who wants war?

Well done..i think the majority of Lebanese want peace and is it just a coincidence that we are both very liberal and neighbours..let's hope we see this in our life time
Both Israelis and Arabs want peace, they key is to get the leaders to genuinely want peace enough to sacrifice their pride.
Of course we want peace with Israel
omeiro hafez
Thank you!!! 💖💕 we appreciate this! I'm israeli and i wish i could come to visit Lebanon and see this amazing country and many people think like me.

Ricardo Hanna no
"Hurt me once shame on you hurt me twice shame on me." No we are not gonna fall in the trap again. Lesson learned.
What trap?.
We (Israelis). Want to end the wars between us. and make peace so we could come and travel in lebanon.
I'm Israeli and I know why there's no peace with Lebanon. The short answer is *Hezbollah* - they are completely dependent on Iran, so they answer to Iran, not to the Lebanese people necessarily.
what has been the best part of making aliyah? the most difficult? would you recommend it to jews in the diaspora?
As a Palestinian i am shocked by some of our Lebanese brothers .. it is hard to feel that you are alone in this war .. by the way i know that there majority of the Lebanese people stands with us 🇵🇸❤️🇱🇧
Brother I'm I'm a Lebanese Christian and we support Palestine and death to Israel❤
We love both israel and palestine ....
Brother please don't be sad I'm lebanese and I've been defending the lovely country palestine in each comment where it says "I'm lebanese and I want peace with israel". Plz brother don't mind those traitors. We will never have peace with the so called "israel" organization. This country will always be called Palestine and israel is nothing but a terrorist organization. LOVE YOU PALESTIAN SISTERS AND BROTHERS. ISRAEL NEVER , PALESTINE FOREVER. FREE PALESTINE💓💓💓💓

Hezbollah doesn't want to be allies with Israel but other want
To all leabanese you really want peace with Israel are you mad did you forget the sacrifice of our fathers and grandfather when they fought against Israel no peace with Israel and that is
And did you forget what the fakestines and syrians did to lebanon ?
Sorry to say that, but this behavior of these guys, is to me unacceptable, I have a good impression of LEbanon, watched 25 hours of films about the civil war, to understand better the situation, I wish peace can be a reality,
QUESTION: Do Israelis Believe in Peace between Israel and Egypt?
mk92683 Yes. You leave us alone, and we'll leave you alone. Simple.
