Happened to me last year with exchanging it for a coffee mug and a t-shirt for the Chihuahua was still grateful though for the stuff, but it wasn't my style. This year I just got cash from the family friend, which was a lot better since it went towards a new game for my switch.

This is so true... the gifts in random box things happened to me once. I was like 5 and my tia got me a present in a box of baby wipes and I was like, "Ooh baby wipes! Thanks tia!" And I meant it. My mom said that's the cutest reaction shes seen from me
my dad did that to me and so i opened it and it was a spiderman shirt and spiderman toys
