Seulgi's voice feels comfortable and real; assured, vulnerable, resilient. Accessible. I always tell people that I do not have a bias in Red Velvet - because Red Velvet is what it is because of all 5 members. But Seulgi is my ult bias in Kpop. (and she and Irene together are the best sub-unit in Kpop, bar none)
Seulgi has an especially unique and signature tone ... and is my bias, But it is the blend of all 5 voices that make Red Velvet - Magic! Irene and Yeri lock down those low harmonies that are hard to sing ... and round out the balance of 5 differing tones that makes them special. == 1970s Doobie Brothers == 1960s Mamas and Papas . Signature Harmonies. I'm the eldest reveluv - and have been a musician for over 50 years .. These Girls are THAT good. ! PS if you haven't heard Seulgi's or Wendy's solo albums yet , Do so ! Just great. Oh, and Don't forget Joy's solo work- even though they are covers her tone and style are wonderful. I wanting to hear a solo album, from Irene and Yeri - both beautiful voices.
There’s a good chance to see more of Irene and Seulgi together in the future since they are the only ones we know who have extended their contract with SM. With others…🤷🏻♂️ Red Velvet can harmonize without harmonizing because of all their unique individual tones. You know what I mean.
Wendy just signed another one-year stint at Youngstreet radio through SM, so it's pretty safe to assume she's resigned as well. And I see no reason why Yeri and Joy wouldn't, if they haven't already.
NOTE: This was filmed a few months back and has been on my Patreon: Early Access ever since :)

Great reaction! "Uncover" is longer on the album.
Everyone who ever called Irene "just a visual" were forced to eat crow during this era.
