My ingame character's budget is roughly 18.5d without the Forbidden jewels. With the rising price of the jewels however I want to stress that it is by no means mandatory and it just allows you to have slightly more damage/defenses with bone offering Edit: I decided to swap Primal Crushclaw out for Carnage Chieftain as the Frenzy Charges provide more of a dps boost in longer fights where you actually need the consistent damage
