I love music that have this "Adventure" vibe to it, also watching Edgerunners gave it a clear picture of what this music represents. Adventure, love, romance, goals and dreams.
Ru's piano performances on every songs are always beyond my expectation. Not only her skilful playing, but also the melodies she pours into different songs make them so special (this one is calming and emotional, along with her stunning Lucy's cosplay). Not hard to say, she's among the best pianist in this current Anime world.

Seeing "Lucy" play this makes it such a fitting memorial for all of her lost chooms. Pretty sure that's going to end up as a head canon for me. So well done. Piano seems to give it another level of emotion usually not found. Except in the memory dredged up by this already emotional masterpiece.

I feel that, but if it they were to do a Season 2, it would have to be with another group. Regardless, they've already said the anime was a one and done thing. Only thing we can hope for is a possible re-release with another few episodes to give more time to the characters. Or they might even save it for a DLC of the game or a subplot in the next Cyberpunk game

Adam Smasher really was a special individual, the fact that he had been full borg without any hints of Cyberpsychosis is beyond being a miracle. I feel David was one of many, almost like an NPC meeting the main character.

Watched the show finally last week because I was holding it off for too long at that point. God, I dont know if my choice to finally watch it was a good one because I never felt so broken and i can no longer listen to this song. Finished Edgerunners maybe 3 hours ago. I hardly ever cry from shows but this one just hit me so much harder than I was expecting. I imagine I will be rewatching it a million times hoping for a different ending. This cover is absolutely amazing and so is the Cosplay! Made me tear up just hearing it and thinking about the show. You did an amazing job with this song!
Night City remembers people for how they died and not what they did before that. It's safe to say David easily goes down as one of the most legendary cyberpunks in Night City. He battled MilTech, Arasaka, and it took Adam Smasher to finally put him down. The best part? David died human.

Ru, you are incredibly inspiring with how much effort you put yourself through to dress and get the songs performed perfectly. As a pianist myself, I find it very frustrating to perfect a song as I've noticed when I record a song, it takes at least 30 takes to get it perfect. You make it seem so fluidly perfected that it inspires me to keep at it even if I mess up a few times. (Great cosplay too!)

I feel that, but if it they were to do a Season 2, it would have to be with another group. Regardless, they've already said the anime was a one and done thing. Only thing we can hope for is a possible re-release with another few episodes to give more time to the characters. Or they might even save it for a DLC of the game or a subplot in the next Cyberpunk game

@@zer8356 that would be a very bittersweet conclusion to the character, also fitting the theme of no happy endings, but I feel David wouldn't be capable of that without massive manipulation. Adam Smasher really was a special individual, the fact that he had been full borg without any hints of Cyberpsychosis is beyond being a miracle. I feel David was one of many, almost like an NPC meeting the main character.

nah man if they did give us a season 2 they would have to focus on a different cast it wouldn't be a season 2 it would be a part 2(like jojos) if they continue the story that was wraped up nicely it wouldn feel like that amazing ending for the show was fake(like code geass)

Watched the show finally last week because I was holding it off for too long at that point. God, I dont know if my choice to finally watch it was a good one because I never felt so broken and i can no longer listen to this song. I managed to platinum the game for the anime's first year anniversary. After that I played this video in repeat because I need some closure. Thank you Ru!

Finished Edgerunners maybe 3 hours ago. I hardly ever cry from shows but this one just hit me so much harder than I was expecting. I imagine I will be rewatching it a million times hoping for a different ending. This cover is absolutely amazing and so is the Cosplay! Made me tear up just hearing it and thinking about the show. You did an amazing job with this song!
Dang this version feels so much more emotional than the regular one. Also man, those lyrics are heavy for such a poppy upbeat sounding song.

It's safe to say David easily goes down as one of the most legendary cyberpunks in Night City. He battled MilTech, Arasaka, and it took Adam Smasher to finally put him down.

I feel like more so. There is something about a piano that can invoke emotion better than lyrics. But without knowing the lyrics, it does not feel as sad. Think of it as an interpretation of the lyrics to the soul.

Ru, you are incredibly inspiring with how much effort you put yourself through to dress and get the songs performed perfectly. As a pianist myself, I find it very frustrating to perfect a song as I've noticed when I record a song, it takes at least 30 takes to get it perfect. You make it seem so fluidly perfected that it inspires me to keep at it even if I mess up a few times. (Great cosplay too!)
