- Today in our village, we cooking 1000 idlis with mutton kulambu. Idli is a south Indian tiffin recipe. Normally people use sambar and chutney for idly but we use our village and traditional combination which is mutton kulmabu.
Mutton Kulambu gives extraordinary taste with idli and this the best combination and best side dish for idli and other morning tiffin items.

For those who don't understand Tamil, I would like to translate.
Because of rain they couldn't grind it with hand and stones. So they tried grinding the batter with Electrical grinders but because of frequent power offs they completed grinding only at 11pm.
