Thank you! I'm glad you've enjoyed it! Even though it is an automatic, a handbrake also serves as extra parking protection on slopes or such. My driveway is on a slope and I still use my brake even though I drive an automatic. It puts less strain on the transmission and makes shifting out of Park a lot smoother without the jerk.
And I'm glad you went over the small details even the nissan website didn't go over like cup holders in the doors and the amber turn signals on the side if the door and the whole gauge cluster is so confusing you broke it downing
We have a 2014 model, the front signal light and rear lights remind me of a piglet's hooves. So we call ours the runt. None-the-less my wife and I love the little, car. We have 127,000 plus miles on ours.
I'm pretty sure most Nissan's come with a specific slot the insert the remote into if the battery is dead. Most keyless entry cars will either have a hidden slot or your can remove the key blade from the remote and use that somewhere I think.
Hi Michael - great video! Covered a lot of detail. I know you only took it for a short drive, but I'm curious your thoughts of the AWD performance on the snow and ice? Living in CO can make for some interesting winters and wondering how it would hold up 6-8 months from now.
Simply to prevent it from resting it's weight on the transmission. Cheaper than foot brake. Also I hear hand brakes are more common in other countries.
I really enjoyed the extra time you spent going over the exterior/interior details. You don't see that too often with recent car reviews.
This is one of the best detailed car review i have came across thanks

Why doesn't anyone ever fold the seats flat? We want to see what that looks like.

I liked your review it was like no other but I do have a question why would it need a hand brake if its an automatic cvt
