Thanks man! Honestly I bid the job from a picture and probably should have charged a little more but it only took me an hour to make a days pay so I think it was a win
And I believe the slings are made for whatever we need them for I use it for that all the time and a bunch of other stuff

how would you start practicing climbing? How tall of trees?
I wouldn’t try it without someone with experience to supervise. It’s not rocket science but it ain’t exactly the easiest thing to do. You’d have to invest a minimum of $800 for a saddle,spikes and a rope. Don’t buy the cheap saddles on Amazon. A leather Weaver saddle it what I started with. You need to learn a Blake’s hitch and a couple other knots. I’d advise that you got a job at a tree company and express the desire to climb. Pay attention to the climber. A good one won’t mind teaching you and answering questions. I really can’t stress enough that you should really have someone present with experience to teach you and keep you safe.
@@Theorangearborist I have 2400 dollars worth of equipment. 24 strand climbing tope a zigzag, chicane, figging blocks, gecko spikes. Just like im really ify on of my tie in is good or what could happen. I had notch em and watch em he is a youtuber come down and climb with me. But he hardly sets ropes. He spikes then sets his ropes
