3 baar se he meant 3 products i suppose

By 3 times he meant 1 time with XeF2 , one time with XeF4 and one time with XeF6

H2 left Xe alone
second time:
H2 took F from Xe
third time:
H2 didn't give O2 to Xe
I think that's the reason because he has encircled (or rather "ensquared") Xe, HF and O2 in the video at somewhere around 1:13
