Awesome interview with Daryl Hall ....and today he celebrate his birthday. Wonderful person, my favourite singer....May your birthday be a beautiful day .....We all ❤ you
Everyone should experience Daryl’s house restaurant! It’s worth the trip from anywhere! He’s fantastic and still hope to see him there on one of my trips from Stamford to Pauling. Love you Daryl🩷
I came across “Daryl’s House” last year and I binged it and I was hooked. Daryl’s band is so good, and they all really know their stuff. The guests are fabulous and I love seeing and hearing them approach each song in a different light. The shows with Todd Rundgren and with Rob Thomas were for me especially great. The jamming and connections in the shows have such a cool and unique vibe…
I handled his foreclosure in Hawaii! He denied signing the mortgage, but it was his signature! We matched paperwork. I believe they tried to help him but apparently he gave up the property.😢😮
I loved most of the questions you asked Daryl. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview. You got him to talk about a lot of things I never heard before. I’m a die hard Daryl fan and I loved third one.
This version of Hall is awesome - I could listen to him talk for hours. The marketing back in the day of H&O felt so bubble gum. Of course I didn’t/don’t know that business. Good show guys - thank you.
I appreciate listening to the second take with video. I know the audio was more convenient for me especially since I was listening while at work. But video is so phenomenal with Daryl. Besides seeing and understanding Daryl's visual cues which show how Daryl really cares and appreciates interviewing, there is such a more intimate feel. He's truly a natural and creme de la' creme at everything he does.💌💌💌 Love his Daryl's House concept too, and he's an amazing host. I've had the opportunity to see him and talk to him at his restaurant.
This was an enjoyable, relaxed, in-depth, well done interview. "It's a Laugh" is one of my faves next to "Dreamtime" & hearing Daryl talk at length about various topics, not the redundant pat questions most interviewers give him, was a treat. I also, prefer the more ambience performances, not the large venues where the music is center stage & appreciated. Can't wait for this next leg of tour. And to answer why all ages come to his shows, is that he brings nostalgia & joy when he performs. People need happy & that's the feeling all get when Daryl sings. Glad this podcast finally happened.
