My interpretation of the music video begins with the title being a direct reference to the biblical quote "Thy will be done" which acknowledges God's omnipotence over the whole existence.
In this case, The Emperor (Attila) represents this almighty figure which is constantly offered different things:
-The Priest offers him the word and knowledge of his God. The Emperor is not amused.
-The Dancer offers him carnal temptation. The Emperor is not amused.
-The Knight offers him mortal power. The Emperor is not amused.
-The Demon offers him mystical power. The Emperor is not amused.
-The Angel offers him holy salvation. The Emperor is not amused.
-The Time Keeper offers him the force that is above anything: time itself. The Emperor... is still not amused.
-The Conqueror offers him Heavy Metal. And The Emperor is finally amused.
Or like Steel Panther said: Death to All But Metal.
Oh man I could fangirl for hours over this music video. I'm still deep diving into the meaning as well but I can definitely confirm your guess of him being royalty. Attila is listed as The Emporer in the credits. I thought that he was turning away people who would oppose his commands or try to rule him themselves but then you brought up the idea of them as reapers. And that is a really interesting idea because a priest, an angel, a demon, a knight, and a timekeeper could all easily be symbols for death. Thank you so much for the reaction!
With the clothes hes wearing and the clear references to christianity i placed him as the emperor of the late roman empire, or maybe byzantium? Although idk if the architecture and iconography fits that era. The clothes certainly wouldnt fit for example the HRE.

Just discovered your channel, and I really loved the reaction. Pretty great all around experience with this song and video. On what you said about their vocalist Attila. He studied classical opera at the Music Academy of Bucharest, and is a classically trained singer. Some might disagree with me, but I believe his voice is one of the best out there for this genre. Looking at what else of theirs you've already reacted to, if you want even more I definitely recommend Fire & Forgive, Amen & Attack, and Killers With The Cross.

The Emperor (Attila Dorn) is bored by everything that is offered to him except the guitar solo. If you read the credits it says The Conquerer - Matthew Greywolf - he is the lead guitarist and the talented guy that writes all the music, designs the stage sets etc.

there is no way to circumvent when a band has their stuff get automatically claimed like powerwolf its a shame but most reactors wont do songs from them which is understandable since it decs their work.
I'm surprised that out of all the reviews no one realized he is singing in the pov perspective of Jesus Christ through the Catholic perspective aka the church will be done , instead of God's will but it's historically correct, this type of music is for intellectual minds of old and modern time , my will be done is man symbolically and literally manipulating the word of god and the name of god in the time of crusades 1097 and up during the holy wars , they base there music from history and mythology.
Translate the words you don't understand you'll appreciate the music more.
