Harry J's Sleng Teng is one of the best interpretation of the riddim. First heard it on a pirate station in 1985. Killer.
Edit: those 3 albums are not easy to get nowadays.
I think I already posted PERO......I'm Puerto Rican grew up in Tompkins projects....not many Jamaican influence. Once I heard earll Chin, Mr. Magic introduce Jamaican music....b4 I knew about BOB...I knew dancehall. I FELL IN LOVE W JAMAICA wn My girl visited....
