DIY Macrame Rainbow Star | Macrame Star Tutorial
Hi Macrame lovers...
This tutorial is a rainbow star macrame tutorial. I used a star-shaped ring that I wrapped with cotton rope. In the middle, I added berry knots that ran across to form a rainbow in 3 colors.
The materials needed to make this macrame rainbow star are as follows:
1. Star Ring Diameter 16 cm
2. 1.5 mm cotton rope = 1 x 400 cm (for wrapping around the ring)
3. 3 mm cotton rope, with the following details:
- 3 x 150 cm (natural white)
- 1 x 450 cm (terracotta color)
- 1 x 420 cm (mustard color)
- 1 x 390 cm (mocha color)
- 1 x 40 cm (natural white)
4. Wooden beads 1.5 cm = 1 pcs
Wooden beads 2 cm = 1 pcs
5. Scissors
6. Tapestry needle
7. Flowers for additional accessories (optional)
The final result of this macrame rainbow star = 20 cm in diameter
There are 5 knots used to make this macrame star, namely:
1. Reverse lark's head knot
2. berry knots
3. Double half hitch knot
4. Snake knots
