  • Hi fam, in four days I am running my second half marathon ever... I haven't good enough, I feel like I am not prepared. Although it's just 21.1km, I thought by now I'd complete the distance in 2h30m, previously I had completed the race in 2h55m... which is too slow.
    Question of the day: How do you get back in shape or in the mood of running again?
